We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
Exchange Policy
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed items can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase, provided they have the original receipt and tags attached.
- No exchange, return, or claim will be accepted on discounted or clearance sale items.
- If a product purchased at full price later goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the current (discounted) price.
- All prices are fixed and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned item in its original condition.
Important Notes
- Please read and follow the care label instructions inside the garment to maintain product quality.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Shipping charges will NOT be applied if:
- The item was damaged upon delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
In all other cases, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
Little Minors reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Unavailability of stock
- Failed or declined payment
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- No response from the customer during order confirmation (especially for COD orders)
