We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

Exchange Policy

  1. Unworn, unused, and unwashed items can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase, provided they have the original receipt and tags attached.
  2. No exchange, return, or claim will be accepted on discounted or clearance sale items.
  3. If a product purchased at full price later goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the current (discounted) price.
  4. All prices are fixed and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned item in its original condition.

Important Notes

  • Please read and follow the care label instructions inside the garment to maintain product quality.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Shipping charges will NOT be applied if:

  • The item was damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered

In all other cases, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Little Minors reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Unavailability of stock
  • Failed or declined payment
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • No response from the customer during order confirmation (especially for COD orders)
